A quick note before the night ends

Hey Reader-

I wanted to reach out one last time today to let you know that the discounted membership rate for the AT Parenting Community ends later tonight.

The community was created for parents raising children with anxiety or OCD who want ongoing support, not just information.

Inside, you’ll find education, courses and live classes you can trust, but you’ll also find a compassionate group of parents who truly understand this journey. It’s a place to ask questions, get guidance, connect with helpful resources, and feel supported over time.

Membership is typically $37 per month. But you can join at the discounted rate of $30 per month until 9pm PT (midnight ET) tonight. That rate stays with you for as long as your membership remains active.

If you prefer, there are also 6 and 12-month options available, offering additional savings and the peace of mind of having your support in place for the months ahead.

The AT Parenting Community will remain open until tomorrow night, but this reduced rate will not be available after 9p PT tonight.

If joining feels like the right next step for you and your family, you can do so here before the discount ends:

Warmly,
Natasha

In this week's podcast episode, I break down the five types of ARFID, avoidant, aversive, restrictive, mixed, and ARFID plus, and explain how each one presents differently. We also talk about how ARFID overlaps with OCD and anxiety, when exposure and response prevention is the right fit, and when a feeding...

Most parents think they know what their child’s OCD looks like. They see the washing. The checking. The obvious behaviors. But what they’re usually seeing is just the tip of the iceberg. OCD isn’t only handwashing or checking. It’s mental reviewing, silent debating, internal checking, trying to “neutralize” a thought, confessing, reassurance seeking, avoidance, symmetry rituals, and that constant need for things to feel just right. Many of the most powerful compulsions happen completely...

Harm OCD is one of the most frightening and misunderstood themes of OCD, especially when it shows up in children. Intrusive thoughts about hurting oneself or someone else can feel shocking, confusing, and deeply distressing for both kids and parents. We talk about the difference between intrusive thoughts...
