You have the biggest influence over your child’s anxiety or OCD

Your child, if lucky, spends about 1 hour a week with a therapist. Your child, and their anxiety and OCD, spend 168 hours per week with YOU. You do the math.

You have the biggest influence over your child’s anxiety or OCD.

A therapist is meant to guide and support you and your child, but the rest is up to you, and them.

That might feel overwhelming, but in truth it can be empowering. All you need is a little guidance on where to start, what to do, and how to do it.

Make that influence count.

In the AT Parenting Community, you’ll get that in-depth guidance and support, plus a community of parents who will have your back as well.

When you are surrounded by other people who get your struggles, you feel heard. When you are in the company of people who have been where you are, you get answers. When other parents have your back, you feel less alone and more empowered to take this struggle on.

Learn how in the AT Parenting Community

That’s why I created the AT Parenting Community. As a mom to three kids with anxiety and OCD, I get all the exhaustion and overwhelm anxiety and OCD can bring.

But as a therapist, I also get how powerful it is for a parent to get their own support to help their child directly. In fact, that’s exactly what I saw in my practice among families who were having the most success. They didn’t depend on therapy to fix everything. They got that therapy was only part of the equation and that they were the rest.

In the AT Parenting Community you will not only find parents who “get it,” you’ll find a wealth of resources, support and help at your fingertips.

Doors to the AT Community close today

Unfortunately, because I spend most of my time giving parents support inside the community, I only open the door to new members a few times a year.

The AT Community is closing its doors to new members today and won’t open back up for a few months.

If you have been looking to get super-sized support, If you have been searching for a place where everyone gets anxiety and OCD, If you have been looking for a place where answers are simple, but effective...

Then join us in the AT Parenting Community
. Doors are closing today, Sept 4th at 10p PT

We’ll see you over there!

Take care,
Natasha

The email usually starts with, “Oh no! I just saw this. Is it possible…” and inevitably it is someone begging me to keep the doors to the AT Parenting Community open after they’ve been closed. I don’t want that to be you. Some parents sit with a decision for a long time. Do they really need that kind of support? Is it going to be worth it? Some parents sit so long, they miss their opportunity. Then the doors close and they have second thoughts about not having the amazing support the...
