Some of you had questions about my course discounts

Whenever I do something new (like deciding to give away all my courses at 50% off this week 😳), I get emails with questions. Like, are you crazy?!

No, but seriously perhaps you had questions too? I decided to make an email with answers to the most common questions I’m getting.

If you still have questions after this just hit reply and I’ll be happy to answer them.

🤎 How long do we get access to the courses?

You get ongoing access to the courses and can take them at your own time or even revisit them in the years ahead.

🤎 What is the format of the courses?

The courses are on-demand videos and worksheets that you can access at any time. The videos are purposely short 5-10 minute lessons so they are easy to digest.

🤎 What is the age range for the courses?

My courses in general are designed to help kids ages 4-21. The Crushing OCD course for Kids and Teens is for kids ages 7-21.

🤎 We have a therapist so would these courses be appropriate?

Yes, in fact many therapists refer families to my courses. Some even buy the commercial license so they can use them in their own practices. This is a wonderful supplement to therapy.

🤎 We don’t have a therapist, will these courses be appropriate?

Yes, many families can search for years to find a qualified therapist. These courses will give you a jumpstart on building evidenced-based skills to help your child. We often hear back from students who tell us how impressed their eventual therapist was on their knowledge and skills.

🤎 When will you have a sale like this again?

I only do a school-wide 50% off sale once a year during OCD Awareness Week. You’ll have to wait another year for this offer to be available again.

🤎 Can we get 50% off more than one course?

Yes, in fact that might be a smart thing to do if you see several courses you know you’ll eventually want to take. I don’t usually discount all my courses like this. You’ll just need to buy each course separately using the coupon code each time.

🤎 What if we decide we don’t want the course after we purchase it?

Although we rarely get requests for a refund, we make sure parents feel comfortable with their courses. That is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee, no hassles needed ;-)

Have you checked out all my courses in my online school? There are only three more days left to get them at this steep discount.

Here is a recap from prior emails in case you didn’t see them…

In honor of OCD Awareness Week I am giving you 50% off any of my classes! Although people often tell me that my classes are already underpriced for the value, I want to make them even more affordable during this important week.

🤎 You can visit my courses at AT Parenting Survival School. ⚠️Use this special coupon code at checkout to receive the 50% off: OCDAWARENESSWEEK2025

This offer expires Saturday, Oct 18th at 11:59p PDT (with no exceptions so we can be fair to all parents). So be sure to check out all the classes at AT Parenting Survival School and use the coupon code OCDAWARENESSWEEK2025 when checking out.

Take care,
Natasha

Are you struggling to find a child therapist who specializes in OCD? Or have you found someone who says they treat OCD, but clearly doesn’t have the expertise or knowledge to treat your child 😩. 💣 Here is a truth bomb… Believe it or not, most therapists are NOT given the specialized training to treat OCD. That’s a scary fact! And without that training, they can do more harm than good. Just ask parents who went to the wrong therapist. You shouldn’t have to sit around watching your child get...

Harm OCD is one of the most misunderstood OCD themes children and teens experience. These intrusive thoughts can be dark, scary, and completely out of character—causing intense fear and shame. Unfortunately, when therapists or parents don’t understand Harm OCD, kids can be mislabeled as a danger to themselves or others when in reality, they are terrified of these thoughts and desperate to make them stop. In this video, I’ll show you realistic examples of how Harm OCD can show up in everyday...

Helping our kids with anxiety and OCD can be counterintuitive; especially with OCD! Trusting your gut, or even an unskilled mental health professional, can sometimes make things worse. I learned that the hard way myself. After my kids had several bad therapists, I realized that my role was pivotal. Even now, with both kids seeing fantastic therapists, I am still the one dealing with their crises and immediate struggles 24/7. My guess is, so are you. That is why I don’t want you to miss the...
