OCD sucks. This book doesn’t.

Hey Reader-

OCD can make life incredibly complicated. Learning the skills to fight it shouldn’t be.

So why are so many OCD books 300+ pages?

Why do we have to beg our teens to read them?

Why does someone who is already exhausted by OCD have to wade through chapter after chapter just to figure out what they’re actually supposed to DO?

I wanted something different.

Something you could actually finish.

Something a teenager wouldn’t immediately toss aside.

Something an adult with OCD could pick up and think, Okay. I get it. Now what do I do?

So I wrote it.

OCD SUCKS: A Survival Guide is the OCD book I wanted to exist.

It’s short. It’s direct. It’s practical. And it doesn’t talk to you like you’re sitting in a graduate school lecture.

I took the skills I’ve spent more than 20 years teaching people with OCD and broke them down into a way that is simple to understand and, more importantly, simple to actually use.

Because you don’t need to become an expert on OCD, you just need to learn how to stop letting it boss you around.

Finally, an OCD book that isn’t boring and gets to the point.

For teens and adults.

OCD SUCKS is officially available today.

Take care,
Natasha

Hey Reader- Raising a child with anxiety or OCD can bring so much doubt and exhaustion. It can also bring so much instability for the whole family. It can impact your other children and it can put a strain on your relationships with other family members. But it doesn’t have to be that way. When you are surrounded by other people who get your struggles, you feel heard. When you are in the company of people who have been where you are, you get answers. When other parents have your back, you...

Hey Reader- All good things must come to an end. Our 72-hour opening is almost over. So many parents were thrilled that they didn’t have to wait to get into the community. We received many emails of gratitude from people who have been on the waitlist for several months hoping to join. If you haven’t joined yet, today is the last day. After that we are going to take our eyes off the front door and get back to business providing ongoing support and love to our current members. Join the AT...
